With over 25 years experience, Rachel began her career in Fort Worth TX at Sheltons Salon and Spa after graduation from Ogles School of Beauty in 1996. She progressed from working behind the chair as a stylist to becoming one of only 3 in-salon trainers and on to being platform artist for continuing education and trade shows.

In 2014 Rachel began her journey in organic hair color and nontoxic sustainable beauty, becoming certified in All Nutrient and Organic Color in 2017. Rachel has a passion for the artistry of hair color that is grounded in her love of nature and the belief that beauty begins when you can be yourself...with awesome hair!
